Program GoalsCamp Daggett Adventure Center located on beautiful Walloon Lake offers custom designed team building programs that enable participants to:
- Create trust and mutual support within a team
- Increase team spirit and motivation
- Improve problem solving, decision making, and risk taking strategies
- Hone and improve existing communication styles and skill levels
- Enhance leadership and management potential
- Build camaraderie while developing a sense of group success
- Follow the "Full Value Agreement" by:
o Working as a team
o Being physically and emotionally safe
o Speaking up when something is not right
Our Adventure Program now includes off-site backcountry trips in all four seasons. These include both school-based and open enrollment trips.
